Packages are available from the SF.net project file releases page in several formats (tar.bz2, tar.gz, zip).

CVS

Access is available via cvs:

$ export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sf.net:/cvsroot/modphpcms
$ cvs login
(press enter if prompted for a password)
$ cvs co module_name

You probably want either "modphpcms" or "mpclite" as the module name. Access is also available via the ViewCVS web interface.
